Sculpt is a full body soft sculpt class that
will work & tone all of your major muscle groups. Designed
for all fitness levels.
Body Pump- 30 minutes

Work your Total Body in 30 minutes. Legs,
Arms, Abs Fast pace and you choice the weight you feel
comfortable with.
Hi/Lo Impact Training
- Fun and
easy to follow Hi/Lo aerobics combined with muscle toning
intervals will make you leaner and feeling your best.
Guaranteed to make you sweat and burn lots of calories.
Abdominal work at the end will help to trim the waistline
and leave you looking terrific.
Chisel & Core Workout-
Ready to workout
your large muscles group with heavier weights. It’s
your workout come and do what’s
right for you, start with lighter weights and work your way
up to heavier weights. Finish with burning your ABS.
Kickboxing class
- You will
punch, kick and get your heart racing with this high energy
cardio workout. You will tone your upper body and core with
punches. Your lower body will gain strength, flexibility and
definition with your kicks.
Cardio Mix
-
This class changes from week to week to keep
your body challenged for maximum cardio effects. Come
prepared to try step aerobics, kickboxing, hi/lo aerobics,
sculpting and abdominal work. You will not get bored with
this ever changing class.
Light/ Heavy Toning-
Is a new multi-set, high repetition weight training class
designed to increase lean muscle mass, build stamina, and
maximize your strength endurance.
Mix n’ Match
- This
class will jam three different class formats into one
terrific high energy hour. The class will contain
combinations of step, hi-lo aerobics, kickboxing,
polymetrics, Gliding, weight training and core work. You
will keep your body guessing and have fun as well.
KETTLEBELL-
(30 minute classes)-Please sign up for classes-
Designed for people just starting with kettle bell training,
as well as those with an intermediate experience level.
Workout regime that incorporates strength training, muscle
conditioning, and aerobic exercise all in one workout.
WALK Live
-
This way of walking for health and fitness or
weight loss allows participants to walk 3 to 4 miles indoors
or outside in a group setting.
Spinning®

music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and
effective fitness system. The routine features
aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast
and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a
"feel happy" workout!

- Martial
art and combat sport that focuses on grappling and ground
fighting. It was derived from the Japanese martial art

to the sport of combining the grace and style of boxing with
kicking. Kickboxing is standing sport and does
not allow continuation of the
fight once a combatant has reached the ground.
