Spinning

Spinning incorporates the physiological and bio-mechanical science of cycling with motivational techniques of sports psychology. (Beginner class/easy to follow). The program brings a whole new dimension to indoor cycling, one that appeals to both men and women of all fitness levels. (The class offers you a unique, low impact, high intensity design that allows you to work harder; be more consistent, and accomplish lasting endurance.)  Road Rules:
  •   Class length 45-60 minutes unless otherwise noted on the schedule
  • Members are encouraged to sign-up in advance at the Front Desk
  • As a courtesy to other members on the list, please call 2 hours in advance to cancel
  • If you are new to class please arrive early to ensure proper set-up instruction
Zumba uses a fusion of Latin and international music with dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. It is a "feel happy" workout!

Bosu

Bosu is a TOTAL body workout. Aerobic and strength training routines, stretching and flexibility exercises and balance training! This class will make you sweat and burn calories without the high impact aerobics.

C. S. Kim Karate

 C. S. Kim Karate is a program for all fitness levels, age groups and abilities. (Master the Art!) Families that kick together stick together! Consult with a Fitness 365 Manager for special member pricing information/enrollment/non-members welcome!

Pilates

Pilates (IM=X) is an exercise technique named for it's inventor, Joseph Pilates, a boxer and dancer who studied yoga. Fitness 365 presents a popular and refined method which is a fusion with the Alexander technique. The workout encompasses core stabilization and full range of motion to stretch and strengthen muscles as well as improving posture. Just a stretch away from total physical change!

 

SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
 
SilverSneakers® - Cardio Circuit

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
 

SilverSneakers® YogaStretch


YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. 
Tanning

Fitness-365 now provides you with the ability to touch up that tan with our new tanning bed. NOTE: The tanning bed is only available during staffed hours.

Chisel

Chisel is a new multi-set, high repetition weight training class designed to increase lean muscle mass, build stamina, and maximize your strength endurance. 
Increase your fitness IQ by learning how to use body bars and dumbbells to produce systemic fat-burning results. 
Sculpt

Sculpt is a full body soft sculpt class that will work and tome all of your major muscle groups. This is a family class designed for all ages and fitness levels.

Fat Blaster

Fun and easy to follow Hi/Lo aerobics combined with muscle toning intervals will make you leaner and feeling your best.  Guaranteed to make you sweat and burn lots of calories.  Abdominal work at the end will help to trim the waistline and leave you looking terrific.

Cardio Mix

This class changes from week to week to keep your body challenged for maximum cardio effects.  Come prepared to try step aerobics, kickboxing, hi/lo aerobics, sculpting and abdominal work.  You will not get bored with this ever changing class.

Kickboxing

You will punch, kick and get your heart racing with this high energy cardio workout.  You will tone your upper body and core with punches.  Your lower body will gain strength, flexibility and definition with your kicks.

Three For All

This class will jam three different class formats into one terrific high energy hour.  The class will contain combinations of step, hi-lo aerobics, kickboxing, plyometrics, Gliding, weight training and core work.  You will keep your body guessing and have fun as well.

Butts & Guts

This half hour class will focus on the “trouble” areas that most of us have.  We will shape and tone our stomach, hips, butt and thighs.
